To recognize the great contribution of the community of exporters in Vietnam, since 2004, the Ministry of Industry and Trade in collaboration with other ministries, agencies and related organizations have selected the qualified enterprises to award “Prestigious Exporters”. This annual activity is to propagate, honor and promote the image and reputation of Vietnam's export businesses to the localities, departments and other international partners. After six years, this award has received positive responses from the concerned agencies as well as the business communities and has a great contribution to the introduction and promotion of Vietnam export businesses locally and internationally.
Under the Resolution No. 3588/QD – BCT of Ministry of Industry and Trade on June 25, 2012 about the approval and promulgation of the List "Prestigious Exporters” in 2011, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has awarded Hanoi Trade Corporation (Hapro) as a Prestigious Exporters of the year 2011. In various aspects of the export sector, Hapro was the leading enterprise out of 13 pepper exporters; positioned 3rd out of 8 coffee exporters; ranked 7th in 13 cashew nuts exporters; ranked 23 out of 44 reputable rice exporters. Furthermore, UNIMEX Hanoi company (a member of Hapro) also ranked 9 out of 11 prestigious tea exporters. With this reputable award, Hapro will continue its efforts and make all use of its achievements, as well as determine to maintain and strengthen our position and reputation in the business community in Vietnam and the world over.
